Scammers
I won a voucher at Karout mall. The guy told me I should pay 50,000 LL as a deposit and I can take it back whenever I want. I have visited the office and the kiosk 4 times to cancel the voucher and still they keep on bouncing me from one place to another. Until now I couldn't get back my money. All I've been told were lies.

They kept lying to my wife and me. Very bad behaviour by unqualified employees who kept telling lies on the phone.

what you need to do is have a meeting with them at their office
they will tell you about an offer to have 7 days yearly for 10 years free hotel also
They seem very nice in the first meeting and will convince you

I have accepted their offer at first, how ever they seem liable and truthful. but unfortunately I needed to refund due to personal reasons since I am preparing for my marriage and house furniture. I asked the guy for a refund after 2 days from signing the contract, he told me if I want to cancel the contract I would lose my $500 prepaid cash!!!
